Scientific Sessions & Tracks

Stem cells are defined as the cells that have the capabilities of self-renewing and divide into multiple cell ancestry. From the early stage of development till the end of life of  humans stem cells are found. Stem cells are the basic cells in all multicellular organisms and they have the power to differentiate into wide range of adult cells. These cells are amazing since the very beginning of life, a fertilized egg cell divides repeatedly to form a group of stem cells that will go on to eventually make all the organs and tissues in our body. The main features of stem cell is to differentiate and produce more stem cells & specialised cells such nerve cells.
Sub Track:

Stem Cells are the biological cells that are undifferentiated & can differentiate into specialized cells. Every organ & tissue of our body is comprised of stem cells. Stem cells have the ability to renew & differentiate. Other than these abilities they can and cannot do so many things under some circumstances. Some cells of Stem cells are Pluripotent such as the Embryonic Stem cells which mean that they can give rise to every cell type in the fully formed body. They can generate different cell types for the some specific tissue or organ in which they survive. Stem cells have the capability to help scientists learn more about normal development and disease onset & progression. Basically there are three types of stem cells: Totipotent, Pluripotent, Multipotent.

Hemati is a Greek prefix =blood, poesies/poietic suffix= formation and expresses CD34. Self-renewing, multipotent cells progenitor cells gives rise to blood cells (Haematopoiesis). It maintains the production of blood cells throughout the life. Bone marrow Transplantation has become Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT) after the introduction of peripheral blood and umbilical cord stem cells. This HSCT has become a standard treatment for malignant (e.g. Multiple myeloma, ovarian cancer) and non-malignant blood disorders (e.g. amyloidosis, Autoimmune Disorders). Hematopoietic Stem Cells Transplantation is a unique effective treatment which provides normal `stem cell production for many malignancies and disorders.

Recently, regenerative Medicine has emerged with full of promise approaches to treat and cure complex degenerative disorder and to support, restore the function of tissues and cells in other therapies. North America lead the way of global market in 2015 and it is expected to remain ascendant during 2015-2022. Stem Cells are used to treat cancer and different immune system diseases. And now Stem Cells are suspected for the treatment in Neurodegenerative Diseases, wound healing, spinal cord injury, etc. The worldwide Stem cell & regenerative medicines market is divided according to product type, application, sources, geography and end users. By the product type stem cells market is again divided into human embryonic stem cells, adult stem cells, iPSCs, etc. Whereas, regenerative medicines have the capability to regenerate, repair & replace tissues of the organ which are affected due to injury, natural ageing process and some diseases. These medicines are able to restore the performance of cells & tissues therefore, now researchers are focusing on the new technologies which are basically based on biologics, genes, somatic and stem cells as well. The proliferation and differentiation is the major capability of stem cells owing to which they are of importance in this field. Utilization of Nano-materials in immunomodulation, drug delivery and wound care make the growth the avenues for the regenerative medicines market.

The regenerative medicine market is broadly divided into three categories namely biological derived materials, synthetic materials and genetically engineered materials. The Synthetic materials and biologically derived materials have high demands in market due to its higher efficiency as compared to other naturally derived materials.

Raw Material Analysis:
For biologically derived materials for regenerative medicines demand is higher compared to other naturally derived materials due to its efficiency. The procedures say, synthetic materials have used hydrogel in tissue engineered scaffolds. This report provides a complete overview of the growth rate of regenerative medicines and stem cells.
